Very overdue.

I can't recall how many entries have started this way (or with that title), ANYHOW here's the Demo reel!

Some detail shots (more here)-
Looking back at the old renders.... it's amazing to notice how much you learn from teachers and on your own. Though to be honest, I still like Vray more. Out of the three, I'll be honest.. had the most fun doing the cabin.... it could have something to do with doing it over a shorter period of time. Seriously though, it's insane when you work through all the issues, the things you learn.

Hooray! (the waiting game sucksss).
Anywayssss, sketches coming real soon*

Things

So much for being able to update every week... nonetheless, this is kind of an update so check it out.
First off- this sketch was totally out of the blue (thank you Andy for the awesome brushes!)

Sneak peek of one of the model pieces I'm featuring in my reel...

The "streets"

Finally, about that time I post some 3d stuff c:

Really had fun with this one... but the most frustrating thing was 3d fluids (I used those for the sewer cap smoke).... I just couldn't figure out the shadow controls! Aghh.. oh well, next time.
Anyways, this is a little comped- aiming to not rely on comp for the next piece.
